If you place your order before 4 p.m. we will do our best to have it delivered to you within 24 hours. No deliveries are made on Mondays or Sundays. If you order on Friday after 4 p.m, you can expect your delivery on the following Tuesday. You can view the time and date of delivery, and change it on the website when placing your order. If you live in Northern Ireland or another remote area, your order might be subject to longer delivery times. You can find all affected postcodes on this page.
Delivery charges may apply to your order. These charges depend on the amount of beers in your order. Llangollen Brewery charges a fixed rate of £8.95 for the delivery of orders where the pack is not full. Orders of 24 bottles and/or cans (a full pack) or orders of multiples of 24 are delivered free of charge. The delivery costs are shown during the ordering process on the website and again in the order confirmation email.
Your order will be delivered by DELSOL. You will receive an email with a parcel code, which you can use to check the status of your delivery on the website or on the DELSOL App.
Llangollen Brewery cannot and will not sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. We have implemented various age checks in the ordering process. To ensure that our products are handed over to an adult only (thus meeting the requirements of the laws and regulations) the delivery person can enquire about the recipient’s age.
If nobody is home, or if there are no consenting adults there to receive the delivery, the delivery person will attempt to deliver to your neighbour’s and will leave a note if they do so. Should there be no neighbour available to take the delivery, they will return the package to the sorting centre and try again the next day (excluding Sundays). They will attempt three deliveries before the item is returned. The customer will be left with a Delivery Attempted card and will be able to communicate their redelivery preferences via the DELSOL App or Website. Please use your DELSOL App to change any delivering details.
The above-mentioned age check also applies to choosing other delivery and collection methods.
If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you are required to inform us of your decision within 14 days after receiving the products.

You can also use the return form below, however this is not mandatory. You can send this completed form by post or email. Please always quote your order number. The order number is stated in your order confirmation email and starts with PO.
To return the products, please contact our customer service at +44 (0) 1978 860753 (between 9 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.). The products must be returned within 14 days after informing us of your order cancellation.
We will reimburse you the amount paid for the products along with any delivery costs that you incurred. We will bear the cost of any returns made through the DELSOL return services.
As soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your initial contact regarding your wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the invoiced amount to the same method of payment used by you to place the order. However, we can delay the repayment until we receive the products in question or (if applicable) proof of return.
